After a quick trip to the breakroom to grab a cold drink, I walked back to my office feeling better than I had in days. I most certainly had a little extra pep in my step. Life was good. I felt good. Me and Zara. I never would have imagined I would be the guy falling for a woman he just met.

But here I was falling for a woman I knew very little about. All I knew was I liked the way I felt when I was with her. And it wasn’t just the hot sex. Although that was certainly a perk. I smiled thinking about fucking her over her desk. That was unexpected, but once I saw her, something snapped. I had to have her. I had to claim her.

Zara was unlike any woman I’ve known. She was soft yet strong. I appreciated her dedication to balancing her home and work life. There was an aura about her that drew me in, and the more I got to know her, the deeper I fell.

Back in my office, I sat down and ran my fingers through my hair, still damp with sweat. God, her taste still lingered on my lips. The feeling of her body against mine was still etched into my mind.

Then there was that look in her eyes. My cock jerked just thinking about the way she looked at me with a mixture of desire and uncertainty that tugged at something deep within me. It wasn’t just lust. It was something deeper, something raw and primal. It was as if she was looking into my soul, seeing all the good and bad, and yet she was still there. Not running and not afraid.

For the first time in a long time, I felt seen. Truly seen. And it wasn’t just the physical attraction which was incredibly intense but also this emotional connection we seemed to have built in an incredibly short amount of time. She saw the man behind the tough exterior and the desire to be at the top of my field. She wasn’t looking at my money or my family name. She saw me.

I leaned back in my chair and stared at the ceiling, mulling over our conversation. The fact that Zara wanted to keep us a secret didn’t surprise me. She was right about the office gossip, but it still stung a bit. I understood. Or at least, I tried to. She was a professional woman, and the last thing she needed was rumors and whispers trailing behind her every time she walked past a cubicle.

I massaged my temples as I let Zara replay in my mind one more time. Her smile and her laughter. The way her body moved beneath mine. The memory gave me chills and tempted me to march right back to her office for a repeat performance.

I didn’t. This was work and I wasn’t going to turn it into a sex hangout. She would think I was disrespecting her. That was the last thing I wanted to do.
